Our Mission
FirstLine Public Safety Training was founded with a single purpose: to equip New Jersey's emergency communications professionals and community members with the knowledge and skills they need to save lives and serve their communities effectively. We believe that quality public safety training should be accessible to every agency, department, and individual across the state.
Our Credentials & Affiliations
Authorized provider of NECI 9-1-1 national certification courses meeting APCO, NENA, and NFPA 1061 standards.
AHA Authorized Training Center offering BLS and Heartsaver CPR, AED, and First Aid courses.
Courses meet the APCO ANSI National Public Safety 9-1-1 Training Standard.
Courses meet NENA 56-004 TTY/TDD Call Handling and NENA 56-005 Call Answering Standards.
