FirstLine Public Safety Training provides professional notary public services for individuals and businesses throughout New Jersey. Our fees are regulated by state law and we offer both in-office and mobile notarization to fit your schedule.
All notarial act fees are set by the State of New Jersey under N.J.A.C. 17:50-1.18 and cannot exceed $2.50 per act. Mobile travel fees and optional convenience fees are agreed upon before your appointment.
State-Regulated Notarial Fees
Under New Jersey law (N.J.A.C. 17:50-1.18), the maximum fee for a notarial act is $2.50 per act.

Notarial act fees are set by the State of New Jersey and cannot exceed $2.50 per act.
Mobile Notary Travel Fees
Travel fees apply only when the notary travels to the client's location and must be agreed upon before the appointment.

Travel fees compensate for time and transportation and are separate from notarial act fees.
Optional Mobile Convenience Fees
These are optional convenience fees related to travel and scheduling and are not fees for notarial acts.

In-Office Notarization
If notarization occurs at the notary's location, the only fee charged is $2.50 per notarial act.
